Lubricant Sampling Surveys
PREDICT will perform a survey identifying the current lubricant, correct sample location, collection method and procedures to maximize the quality of data collected from each sample. Each survey report is provided both in hard copy and electronic format.  Please contact us for more info.

Ultrasound Surveys
Leaks in air or vacuum systems can cost facilities thousands of dollars or more.  Ultrasound can detect these leaks and identify their source.  An ultrasound survey can provide savings on the facilities operating expenses.  Electrical problems such as tracking and arcing can be identified with ultrasound.  Mechanical problems involving steam trap operation, abnormal bearing wear, or inadequate lubrication can also be identified.  The technology of ultrasound can easily screen equipment and corroborate the findings of other technologies.

Thermography
The ability to differentiate and measure various temperature gradients is a useful tool.  Electrical problems, excessive mechanical frictions, and other faults can be identified and corrected.  Thermography surveys are a safe and nondestructive tool to assess the condition of a wide variety of structures and equipment throughout your facility.

Condition Monitoring Assessments
Assessments provide information as to the common failure modes of specific machinery and ranks them for severity. The assessment then identifies the condition monitoring technology(s) best suited to detect conditions prior to failure.  These assessments provide vital information needed prior to starting a condition monitoring program as well as evaluating their effectiveness.
