Ferrogram Maker

The Ferrogram Maker produces Ferrograms (slides containing the suspended particulates present in a machine's lubricant) for analysis. Ferrogram preparation can be done automatically, semi-automatically or manually at the technician's option.

• Magnetic and paramagnetic particles are separated by size on a 50mm long substrate path.
• Non-magnetic wear particles and contaminants are deposited randomly along a substrate.
• Two independent stations allow two samples to be prepared concurrently.
